Problem Note 43428: "The broadcast has already been executed" is returned when you edit the content of a new broadcast message in SAS® Digital Marketing

When you select Edit Content to edit a broadcast message in SAS Digital Marketing Web Studio, you receive a warning that the broadcast has already been executed. This warning occurs even though the broadcast has not been executed.
This warning occurs in a dialog box. You can ignore the message and click Yes to continue editing the broadcast content.
